NCCC’s Department of Community Education offers a variety of creative, challenging, and action-oriented programs. These courses, created in response to community needs and trends, let you explore and develop interests and prepare for new personal and career challenges.

Join us for such topics as health and wellness topics; and an array of fun topics like cooking, landscaping, sailing, pottery, jewelry making, web design, boat cruises, and aerobics.
Summer Camps
Niagara County Community College offers summer camps for youth between the ages of 7-18. Choose from a variety of sports and/or fine arts camps. Most camps are held during the month of July. Past camps have included baseball, cheerleading, digital photography, girls soccer, boys lacrosse, general sports camp, rockin’s art, pottery, culinary and pastry. All camps are held on NCCC’s beautiful 250-acre rural campus. Overnight campers reside in the apartment-style Village College Suites. Athletic camps are directed by knowledgeable coaches including NCCC’s collegiate coaches, professional coaches and assisted by coaches and players from other colleges and nationally recognized sports teams.
Community Education at Niagara Falls Culinary Institute
NCCC’s Community Education Office currently offers a variety of fun and creative culinary-related classes at the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute. These classes are designed to allow individuals to expand their culinary skills, while exploring new cuisines and cooking techniques.
Private group cooking classes are available for groups of 7 -20 people and allow for an evening of fun among friends and relatives. We also offer team building programs for companies looking for a unique experience outside of the office with co-workers.
