T-Wolves Assistance

The Office of Information Technology (OIT) is responsible for providing technical support to the academic labs, the classroom technologies, and the administrative computer systems. The office is located in D-163 and staffed Monday through Friday from 7:30 am until 5:00 pm. For assistance please dial 716-210-2505.

T-Wolves Account Information

Shortly after being accepted to Niagara County Community College a letter will be sent to your legal mailing address containing your T-Wolves username and password. This username will be used to access you student e-mail account, Blackboard, online library databases, and the wireless network on either campus. Before you can begin using the account you must first enroll into the password reset utility. This can be found on the T-Wolves Mail login page. 

If you are unable to log into your account and you forgot your security questions/answers, you can either visit the Help Desk located in D-163 or call the helpline at 716-210-2505. If you choose to visit the Help Desk, you will be required to show proper identification.

T-Wolves Mail

The College has partnered with Google and all credit bearing students are provided an e-mail account. To access the account you must use your T-Wolves username and password. To begin using your email account, plese read the T-Wolves Account Information above.

To assure timely communication between the students and the administrative offices all communications will be sent electronically to your T-Wolves account.  It is very important to check the account often so that time sensitive information is received in time. 

Open Access Computer Labs

The main campus computer lab is located in the Learning Center which can be found on the second floor of the Lewis Library. There are over eighty computers available for general and academic use. The lab is open during the semester Monday through Thursday from 8 am until 9 pm, Friday from 8 am until 4 pm, and on Saturday from 10 am until 2 pm. 

The Niagara Falls Culinary Institute computer lab is located on the second floor of the center and is open Monday through Friday from 8 am until 5 pm. 

To access the lab you must have your college identification and will be required to swipe your card entering and leaving the computer lab.

Wireless Access

To access the College’s wireless network use your T-Wolves account.

Printing

Each semester you are provided a $40 balance which can be used for printing in either of the two open access computer labs. In each lab you have the ability to print in either black and white or in color.
