ACC 120 - Hospitality Management Accounting3 Cr.
Contact Hours Per Week: 3 Lec.
This course introduces students to the financial statements of a business along with an analysis and interpretation of these financial statements. The remainder of the course is devoted to topics which satisfies the needs of management and is for internal use. Topics include cost-volume-profit analysis, internal control, budgeting, cash management, forecasting, and capital investments.
