PED 135 - Adventure Education

1 Cr.
This is an activity course designed to encourage participants to develop greater self confidence and at the same time acquire a sense of trust and commitment to their classmates. Students are given the opportunity to test themselves against physical and emotional limits through exploration of a series of group and personal challenges to attain higher levels of performance. Experiences include initiatives, trust activities, team building experiences, and cooperative games.(Usually offered Fall and Spring semesters.)
