SOC 301 - Community Studies

This course focuses on the process of urbanization. The social consequences of this process are studied. Analysis of social structure is used as a tool to help understand the physical and social environment. Urban lifestyles, social stratification and urban problems are examined in depth.(Usually offered Fall and Spring semesters.)

Pre-Requisites: SOC 101 (Recommended, not required.)
