PAS 100 - Baking Theory and Principles

3 Cr.
Contact Hours Per Week: 3 Lec.

This lecture class will introduce students to the various components of the baking industry and trade organizations which will include identification of baking ingredients and equipment, basic math skills, and dietary and nutritional guidelines.
