Developing Volunteer Resources allows students to learn the necessary skills to be able to make appropriate volunteer assignments, structure programs to maintain or increase the skill levels of volunteers and motivate volunteers to both maintain readiness and operate effectively during emergency situations. (Usually offered Fall semester.)
