THA 117 - An Introduction to Theatre

An exploratory course which invites the beginning student to take a broad view of the major forms of theatre. Topics will include the play and playwright, script analysis, actor and acting technique, director and production style, and elements of theatrical design. Meets SUNY General Education requirement for The Arts (AR) (Usually offered Fall and Spring semesters.)
