OFT 182 - College Success: Office Technology

1 Cr.

The student’s success in the Office Technology program will be increased by providing students with information and skills needed to achieve their educational goals. Topics will address initial assessment of editing skills, keyboarding speed, business writing skills and PC applications; orientation to the college; overview of Office Technology programs; survival skills and portfolio development. This course is required for all incoming students in the Office Technology program. Grading will be on an S/U basis. (Usually offered Fall and Spring semesters.)
