PAS 100 - Baking Theory and Principles

3 Cr.


This lecture class will introduce students to the various components of the baking industry and trade organizations.  These components will include indentification of baking ingredients and equipment, basic math skills, and dietary and nutritional guidelines.  (Usually offered Fall and Spring semesters.)
