PED 144 - Total Body Training

1 Cr.
Contact Hours Per Week: 2 Lab.

Provides the student with a review of proper warm-up, stretching, and cool-down methods. Additionally, the basics of aerobic fitness training (step, dance, and cardio-kick), basic group fitness practices using body weight, machines, circuit and functional training methodologies will also be covered.
