Community Education at Niagara Falls Culinary Institute
The Niagara Falls Culinary Institute offers a variety of hands on culinary, baking, and beverage classes. Whether you are coming on your own, having a surprise date night, or booking a birthday party for your kids, we can teach you to cook like a pro. Don’t forget the best part; you get to eat what you make! Adult and kid parties are unique hands on 2.5 hour classes which include preparing and enjoying the meal you make, beverages, a chef hat and an apron.
Private group and team building classes focus on everything from appetizers to chopped competitions. Our chefs will be fostering teamwork side by side your clients as they experience an exciting array of food. Ask about adding in an open bar, a dinner in Savor’s private dining room and our pastry chef’s custom made cakes to enhance your team building event.
Our corporate training classes specialize in certifying and educating your employees on food service standards and professional development. We offer American Culinary Federation certification training and COMIRA testing to certify your staff as Executive Chefs and more. Our classes will be custom tailored to fit your specific business training needs.
