This Catalog is in Effect for Students Enrolled from September 1, 2011 - August 31, 2012

The information presented in this catalog is intended to assist the student by providing estimates, approximations and projections of programs and facilities available at the College.

Since the nature of an educational enterprise depends so much upon individual circumstances and unforeseeable factors, the College shall reserve the right to change regulations or catalog contents at any time, alter or abolish programs, courses, or other terms as necessary, and hence makes no warranty, representation or contractual commitment as to any information contained herein.

Any estimates as to educational or living expenses, financial aid availability, educational quality or result, program content, or retention rates are intended to be approximations helpful to the student and thus constitute no institutional guarantee. As this is a one-year catalog, students, particularly those applying during the 2011-12 year, should request up-to-date information from the Office of Admissions at (716) 614-6200.

No officer or employee of the College has any authority to make statements inconsistent with the contents of the catalog or to make comments exceeding those stated herein.

Student Responsibility

The student must assume responsibility for knowing College regulations and for complying with all applicable procedures. In no case will a requirement be waived or an exception granted because the student pleads ignorance of the requirement or asserts that his or her advisor or other authority did not inform the student of the requirement. While the personnel of the College and the student’s advisor will endeavor to aid in every way possible, the responsibility for meeting requirements stated in this catalog rests with the student.
