WLD 100 - Introduction to Welding and Blueprints

Contact Hours Per Week: 2 Lec., 3 Lab.

This course will introduce each student to the concepts and principles of welding as a skill and as a career. The students will also be instructed on basic blueprint reading as it is needed in the career of welding. Weldment design factors are also covered as well as the specification and use of welding symbols.
