NUR 240 - Basic Concepts of Normal and Therapeutic Nutrition

3 Cr.

Basic Concepts of Normal and Therapeutic Nutrition is designed to provide the student with foundational knowledge for understanding the vital association between nutrition and health. It is an introductory course which may be transferred for those who wish to pursue an advanced degree. The concepts of normal, therapeutic, and applied nutrition are presented. (Usually offered Fall semester.)

Pre-Requisites: BIO 214E and BIO 214L
