OFT 139 - Medical Office Communications

The building of writing skills for medical professions ; methods of transmitting messages through written, oral, verbal, and electronic media. Areas of study include writing fundamentals (grammar, punctuation, sentence structure, letter and report formatting) ; letter writing, memorandum writing ; report writing ; employment techniques ; and communications psychology. (Usually offered Spring semester.)

Pre-Requisites: ENG 101; keyboarding recommended.
